Tom Smith will return to the Stratford Kiwanis Garlic Festival to provide on site First Aid support.

Cycle Stratford will once again offer a ‘bike valet’ service for patrons attending the Stratford Kiwanis Garlic Festival.   Cycle Stratford volunteers will secure patrons bikes while they enjoy the Festival – at no cost – and in addition, the Garlic Festival will take $1 off the ticket price when the bike valet claim ticket is presented at the admission desk.  The bike valet service will be located at the front entrance to the Community Hall at the Stratford Rotary Centre.

Simple Dreams, the well-known charitable organization that provides the Stratford Community with the To Stratford with Love Christmas celebration, the Thanksgiving ‘turkey give-away’, and household items for families and individuals in need, will once again be serving ice-cream at their booth at the Stratford Kiwanis Garlic Festival to support these  valuable community services.

Martin Ritsma and Gary West will be grilling and serving their trade-mark ‘ham ‘n-eggers’ along with devilled and (garlic) pickled eggs.

The Master Gardeners will involve children in planting garlic cloves as well as dispensing general gardening advice to the general public.

The Stratford Kiwanis Club cares about our community and has worked tirelessly to provide a timely, world-class event that showcases and supports local agriculture. This support has been integral in raising awareness and building markets for garlic growers across Ontario. As our premier event grows, the funds raised from this effort allow us to continue to support the children in our community and provide leadership and funding on many wonderful, community-enriching projects.
